SBA sets up help center in Polk County for tornado assistance

ATLANTA, Georgia (WDEF) The U.S. Small Business Administration will open a new Disaster Loan Outreach Center in Polk County.

But you better act fast.

The Benton center will only be open 3 days next week.

SBA representatives at the Centers can provide information about disaster loans, answer
questions and help businesses and residents in completing the SBA application.

Opening: Tuesday, Feb. 14
Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Closing: Thursday, Feb. 16 at 3 p.m.

The McMinn County center will also close next Thursday.

Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Days: Monday – Friday
Saturday, Feb. 11, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Closed: Sunday, Feb. 12
Closing: Thursday, Feb. 16, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The tornado declaration covers residents in McMinn, Bradley, Loudon, Meigs,
Monroe, Polk and Roane in Tennessee.
