Scenic City Gem Show Wraps

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The 2025 Scenic City Gem and Mineral Show wrapped up today at Camp Jordan Arena in East Ridge. 

Over the past three days, visitors explored a stunning collection of gems, minerals, fossils, and meteorites from over two dozen dealers. 

Mark Woods, Southeastern Mineral Specimens, had this to say about this weekend’s events: 

“We have 16 to 20 vendors that have all manner of geological oddities. We have carved items like Lapidary. We have jewelry made from gemstone materials. We have local materials from Georgia and South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. We have meteorites and fossils and pretty much anything that our wonderful earth can produce. We’ve got an example for you.”

Whether you were a seasoned collector or just looking for a unique gift, the show had something for everyone.
