TBI finds missing, endangered child, charges parents

UPDATE:

The TBI has found Alexander safe in McMinn County.

They also located his non-custodial parents. Officials detained the two and are charging them with custodial interference.

The McMinn County Sheriff’s Office has charged the non-custodial parents of missing Alexander Webb with custodial interference.

They have also shared images and descriptions of the parents, so the public can better search for Alexander.

The sheriff’s office described his mother, Sarah Ison, as a 23-year-old, 5 feet tall, 189 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

They described his father, Jason Webb, as a 35-year-old, 6’2″ tall, 240 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

ATHENS, Tenn. (WDEF) – The TBI is still looking for a missing 18-month-old out of McMinn County in Tennessee.

Last night, they issued an Endangered Child Alert for Alexander Webb.

Investigators believe he could be with his non-custodial parents.

Authorities found the pickup truck they were looking for last night, but there was no sign of Alexander.

They describe him as having brown hair and brown eyes, stands 3′ tall, and weighs 27 pounds.
