SEC Network’s Paul Finebaum Has Faith in New Vols Coach Jeremy Pruitt

The Tennessee Vols were picked to finish sixth in the SEC East in balloting by the SEC media. The Vols of course didn’t win a league game last year, and they’re debuting a new head coach in Jeremy Pruitt. The SEC Network’s Paul Finebaum says Pruitt may struggle in his first season, but he believes the future is bright on Rocky Top under Pruitt.

Said Finebaum:”It’s hard to believe that because of the schedule the record is going to be great. I mean a bowl game takes some creative math. It’s not impossible though. He’s the man for the job because he has the pedigree. He is proven. Here’s a guy that has nothing, and he turned into one of the most successful defensive coaches in America.”
