Sequatchie County Hee Haw kicks off July 11

News 12 This Morning: Hee Haw director, Marlene Basham (Minnie Pearl) and music director Landon Greer join News 12’s Amelia Greer to preview a special event headed to Dunlap.

DUNLAP, Tenn. (WDEF) —  The annual Hee Haw show brings in a great deal of local talent to Sequatchie County.

If you’ve never been, expect a night of entertainment through comedy and live music.

The show has been going on for over 30 years and is a local favorite.

More than providing a good laugh and quality entertainment, it all goes toward a great cause. Proceeds benefit the Sequatchie County Cancer Support Network.

Hee Haw has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the local community throughout the years. Cast and musicians are all volunteers!

You can support this iconic Dunlap event by donating towards the Seq. Co. Cancer Support Network or attending any (or all) of the shows.

The first show will kickoff next Thursday, July 11 starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Sequatchie County High School auditorium.

Tickets are $10 per night and may be purchased at the door. Reserved seats are $20.

You can also stop by any of these participating locations to buy a ticket before the show: Bouffant Salon, Citizens Tri-County Bank, Local Depot, and Sequatchie County Farm Bureau.

Come on out for a night of fun to help raise money for cancer patients in the community!
