Sheriff Responds to Threat at North Murray High

Chatsworth (WDEF) – There are extra deputies on Wednesday at North Murray High School after reports of a threat in the morning.

Sheriff Gary Langford tells us he sent 10 officers to investigate after reports of a shooting threat at the school.

The school was placed on locked down then.

But officers didn’t find any problems, and classes resumed.

However, he is leaving officers on campus to reassure everyone.
