Sheriff’s Office trying to identify woman involved in attempted robbery

Cleveland, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify a woman involved in an attempted robbery.

The attempted robbery happened on December 12, 2016 around 6am at a Charleston convenience store.

The Sheriff’s Office says the woman indicated to the clerk she had a weapon, but the clerk did not see one.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the woman left the store empty handed.

She is said to be around 5 feet, 5 inches tall and was wearing a red jacket at the time, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
