Skyy Mims Indicted on 11 Charges for Dalton Convenience Store Killing
A 21-year-old woman accused of killing a gas station clerk in Whitfield County has now been indicted for murder.
A Whitfield County grand jury indicted 21-year old Skyy Mims of Detroit on eleven criminal charges.
Mims stands accused of fatally stabbing 37-year old convenience store D.K. Chaudmari on March 9th. In addition to the murder charge, Mims faces indictments for aggravated assault, armed robbery, and burglary.
She continues to remain jailed without bond.
Prosecutors will have to decide if they plan to seek the death penalty before Mims next court appearance — July 18th.
