Shelters open in Soddy Daisy area

SODDY DAISY (WDEF) With major flooding in the Soddy Daisy area, officials have opened several shelters.

If you need to leave your home, come to Soddy Daisy Baptist (10185 Dayton Pike) or Oak Street Baptist (11340 N Oak St).

If you need help, call police at (423) 332-3577.

Water rescue teams are now helping people out of home.
