Stephan Jaeger Near the Top of the Leaderboard at Visit Knoxville Open
Former Chattanooga Mocs and Baylor golfer Stephan Jaeger is off to a great start at this weekend’s stop on the Korn Ferry Tour. Jaeger opened with a 6-under 64 at the Visit Knoxville Open at the Holston Hills Country Club in Knoxville. Jaeger is three off the lead held by Greyson Sigg. If Jaeger can pull off the victory, he’ll graduate right away to the PGA Tour.
Said Jaeger after round one:”It’s the first day man. There’s so much golf left. I feel better with my game than I did last week, which is great. So I’d like to keep pedal down a little bit more the next three days.”
