Storm Damage seen all over Tennessee Valley after storms Saturday
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- Several severe storms swept through the Tennessee Valley and North Georgia this weekend.
Many of you have reported damage from the storms that swept through the area Friday night and Saturday morning.
Crews have responded to over 40 fallen tree ? calls from the storms ⛈ yesterday and wrapped up around 4:30 AM. ??♂️ Traffic is flowing smoothly. Call 311 if you see any problems. Contact @EPB_Chattanooga for trees that are in power ⚡ lines.

Some homeowners were cleaning up damage from last nights storms as more rain came through.
In Lafayette, a barn was destroyed. The walls and roof were all over the area. This was on Lake Howard Road near Ringgold Road.

Some debris landed in neighbors yards and some debris was thrown across the street. Downed Trees were on powerlines as well.

One neighbor had significate damage to their roof and they were finishing up repairs as more rain came into the area.
This is a home on Maplewood Drive in East Brainerd.

The roads surrounding this home were blocked by downed power lines and debris. EPB was out working to get the roads back open. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office had the road blocked off to keep people away from the active power lines.
Neighbors were in the streets picking up debris that was all over the roadway as well.
