Suspects in Brutal Cleveland Street Fight Arrested

BRADLEY COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office makes several arrests in a brutal street fight from Sunday night.

Alexus Silva, Jared Grugor, Delilah Leon and Timothy Morgan have all been charged with Rioting.

Timothy Morgan and a juvenile suspect are also being charged with Attempted 2nd Degree Murder.

The sheriff’s office says all of the adult suspects voluntarily turned themselves in on Wednesday.

Both juvenile suspects were taken into custody at the Bradley County Juvenile Detention Center.

The fight happened on Puente Drive.

Derek Walker tells News 12 he drove there to get video of a small one-on-one fight, but he wasn’t expecting to see this.

He explains why he didn’t call for help or try to stop it.

“If I would have gotten physically involved, I could have been in legal trouble myself,” Walker said. “Or I could have also gotten hurt myself. If there is no video there is no justice. If I did not show up, it was going to happen either way so the best thing I could have done was to show up and to film this.”

Walker says right now he’s not being charged with anything, and he hopes his video will help the sheriff’s office with their investigation.
