TBI puts Franklin County suspect on Top Ten Most Wanted

NASHVILLE (WDEF) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a Franklin County suspect to their Top ten Most Wanted list.

39 year old Brian Lee Cleckler escaped a police chase last Thursday night.

Decherd Police tried to stop him, but after a vehicle chase, he escaped on foot into a some woods.

Officers say he fired a weapon in their direction.

Cleckler is wanted now on two counts of Aggravated Assault, two counts of Evading Arrest, and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.

The TBI says he is armed and dangerous.

Cleckler is know to frequent homes in Franklin, Coffee and Grundy Counties.

He is 5’9″ and weighs 163 pounds.

He has brown hair and blue eyes.

There is a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to his arrest.
