TBI Most Wanted Found in Manchester

Manchester (WDEF) – Last week, we told you that the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation was putting a Winchester suspect on their To ten Most Wanted List.

Late Sunday night, they got their man.

Agents found 30 year old Earl Antonio Taylor at a Scottish Inn in Manchester.

They took him without incident.

Taylor was wanted for the shooting death of Angela Kibble in Shelbyville.
