TBI puts Marion suspect on 10 Most Wanted list

NASHVILLE (WDEF) – As the manhunt continues in the Sequatchie Valley, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation puts their suspect on the Ten Most Wanted List.

They are offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of Dewayne Lee Halfacre of Hohenwald.

He was wanted in Middle Tennessee for a list of charges before he surfaced in Marion County.

They include aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony, false imprisonment and theft.

Halfacre is wanted for robbing two clerks at a convenience store in Almaville on Friday.

Now Marion County has added burglary and vandalism warrants.

Moore County wants him for a probation violation, plus various driving offenses.

And he is wanted in Georgia fro armed robbery and aggravated assault.

The TBI calls him armed and dangerous.
