The Signal holds grand opening

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – A popular Chattanooga entertainment venue is holding their grand opening in their new location tonight.

The Signal officially opened its doors across from the Chattanooga Choo-Choo.

The stage inside the concert hall at the new venue for The Signal across from the Chattanooga Choo-Choo.

It moved there from its original location at Chestnut Street.

The concert hall and ballroom are now two separate rooms and can hold a combined capacity of 2,000 people.

There is a VIP Mezzanine above the main concert floor that has 200 seats.

Jeremy Hicks, the Communications Director for The Signal said, “We’re constantly booking more and more shows as we go throughout the year, and they’re already doing really, very successful, and we’re excited about it.”

Some of those anticipated shows include All Time Low, Kevin Gates, and Charley Crockett.

Chattanooga native Nick Lutsko and the 100-K Band are holding a free concert Tuesday night to celebrate the opening of the venue.
