Three juveniles charged in connection to vandalism at Cherokee Ridge Elementary
CHICKAMAUGA, Georgia (WDEF) – According to Sheriff Steve Wilson in Walker County, complaints have been filed against 3 juveniles for spray painting vandalism at Cherokee Ridge Elementary School in Chickamauga, Georgia on Monday.
The Walker County Sheriff’s Office says the three juveniles were males ages 14, 16, and 16.
According to the Walker County Sheriff, all three have been charged with criminal trespass and two of the juveniles have been charged with criminal damage to property 2nd degree.
The Sheriff’s office says the vandalism was found Monday morning, August 29th, by school employees.
According to the Walker County Sheriff, the school building had been spray painted in three locations, and fire extinguishers had been discharged in an out building.
