Torikaya to open May 12 in Downtown Chattanooga
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. –Torikaya, a locally owned chef-led Japanese restaurant, has announced they will officially open Tuesday, May 12 at 1120 Houston St., Suite 150 in downtown Chattanooga.
Torikaya says they bring a chef-driven take on Japanese dining built around charcoal-grilled yakitori, sushi, ramen, and shareable plates.
Torikaya is led by Executive Chef Erik Cielo, who also serves as Executive Culinary Director for Kals Restaurant Group.

Their hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (lunch) 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (dinner)
Friday to Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
