Trinity Quinn and Daniel Clark are both under arrest for clerk shooting last night
NASHVILLE, Tennessee (WDEF) Nashville Police now say that they consider 15 year old Trinity Quinn a murder suspect, along with Daniel Clark.
Investigators say the clerk was shot in the head last night at a gas station, and the windows of his vehicle were shot out.
Just this morning, the TBI issued an Amber Alert for the Dayton teenager, and believed she was in danger from Clark.
Her mother characterizes Clark as a family friend of many years.
But on Monday morning, Trinity apparently got in a car with him instead of getting on the bus to go to school.
Photos of the two from the gas station do not show her under duress.
A truck driver spotted her on the side of Old Hickory Boulevard this morning in West Nashville and called police.
When officers arrived, they spotted both of them in some trees.
They ordered the pair to give themselves up, and they did.
Police say they found the gun used in the killing in the backpack that Clark was carrying.
MNPD Spokesperson calls this a “brutal murder.” https://t.co/uvUNtIYCN9
