Trinity Quinn Makes First Court Appearance

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WDEF)- A 15-year-old Dayton teenager is facing a criminal homicide charge and will remain in custody until at least September.

Trinity Quinn and 28-year-old Daniel Clark are accused in the shooting death of a convenience store clerk in Nashville earlier this month.

Quinn had a hearing in Juvenile Court today in Nashville.

During that hearing, it was revealed that Quinn recently underwent a psychological interview.

The results were not revealed in court, but it was decided she will remain in custody at the Nashville Metro Juvenile Detention Center.

That’s until her next court appearance on September 7th.

There’s also no official word yet on whether she will be charged as an adult in the case.
