Trion mobile home fire ruled arson

TRION, Georgia (WDEF) – An investigator with the Insurance and Safety Fire Commission of Georgia has ruled a fire last week in Chattooga County as an arson.

The fire happened at an empty mobile home on Airport Road in Trion on Wednesday.

the investigators says a flammable object was thrown through a window.

And a second fire started underneath the house.

The trailer was heavily damaged.

The Commissioner awards up to $10,000 rewards for information leading to the arrest and conviction of an arsonist.
