Troopers investigate fatal wreck on Highway 127 Tuesday morning

PIKEVILLE, Tennessee (WDEF) – Troopers believe a driver fell asleep at the wheel in an early morning crash in Bledsoe County.

The car heading toward Pikeville on Highway 127 hit a tree.

It happened around 3 AM.
