Two injured, one extricated in Signal Mountain crash

SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, Tenn. (WDEF)- Two people were injured in a crash on Signal Mountain Friday evening.

The Signal Mountain Fire Department says the crash occurred shortly after five p.m. between the CVS and Shoal Creek on Signal Mountain Boulevard.

These pictures show that two vehicles were heavily damaged in the crash.

Firefighters say there was entrapment, and one occupant had to be extricated.

Two people were transported to a hospital for their injuries.
