Vehicle total loss following fire in Dunlap
DUNLAP, Tenn. — A vehicle is a total loss following a fire in Dunlap on May 7th.
According to the Dunlap Fire Department (DFD), officials were dispatched at 2:11 p.m. CST to Lewis Chapel for a mutual aid request for a vehicle fire on Henson Gap Road at the entrance to the sand plant.
Firefighters extinguished the vehicle and returned to its district.
They say there were no injuries in the incident.
Sequatchie County Sheriff’s deputies also arrived first and provided traffic control.
The vehicle was a total loss.
