CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — There’s a lot to do in Chattanooga, and in nearby cities this weekend.
LaFayette, Georgia’s annual Honeybee Festival is happening Saturday.
Learn some beekeeping tips, or compete in the baking contest or barbecue competition.
There’s also art and crafts vendors, kids activities, and a concert with country music star Craig Morgan.
The event is from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. in LaFayette Square.
Atlanta is the place to be for food and wine tasting this weekend.
The city’s seventh annual Food & Wine Festival is bringing in more than 180 chefs, mixologists, and pit-masters from across the country.
Organizers are calling the event both a conference, and a party.
It takes place all day Saturday and Sunday at the Loews Atlanta Hotel.
Expect catfish to take over the ice, for the Nashville Predators home game against the Pittsburgh Penguins Saturday night.
It’s game three of the Stanley Cup Finals.
Country music star Alan Jackson will also be putting on a free concert before the big game.
The game starts at 7 p.m. Central Time at the Bridgestone Arena.
Plan to pay big bucks to see it in person though.
Tickets on StubHub are selling for more than $1,000.
If you prefer a concert to the Preds game, MUSE and Thirty Seconds to Mars are teaming up for a show in Nashville Saturday night.
It’s just one stop on the bands’ joint tour.
The show starts at 7 p.m. Central Time at the Ascend Amphitheater.
On Sunday night, you don’t even have to leave the Scenic City to see a great show.
TOTO is performing at the Tivoli Theatre.
The band, known for its song, “Africa,” celebrates its 40th anniversary next year.
The concert starts at 8 p.m.
