Lookout Valley Structure Fire

Lookout Valley, TN (WDEF) – Local Firefighters arrived at the 3500 block of Pan Gap Circle this morning in response to a structure fire.

The flames broke out in a remote Lookout Valley area shortly after 8:00am, fire crews said, but by the time they arrived at the sawmill and storage center, it was already destroyed.

Although smoke could be seen from the interstate, there are no reported injuries.

Because the blaze was still active and some distance from a fire hydrant, it was necessary for Firefighters to call in a water tanker (See Facebook Live video below).
