Vol Nation raising money for East TN Children’s Hospital

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn (WDEF) – Last month during the Tennessee vs Ole Miss football game chaos erupted after a controversial call towards the end of the game.

The call caused some volunteer fans to throw trash and objects onto the field – delaying the game and injuring some.

Since that game, many Vols fans want to show that the aggressive fans do not accurately represent all of Vol Nation.

Those fans have now started a GoFundMe to help raise money for the East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.

“They have an open-door policy for sick kids regardless of how much money they have. They let anyone in and this money is going towards that. We would like to get to $102, 455 which is the number of sets in Neyland Stadium,” says Brent Baltzer, Organizator of the Fundraiser.
