Volkswagen Techatronics Summer Camp now accepting applications

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Does your 14- to 17-year-old have a love for all things tech? You may want to enroll him or her in the Volkswagen Techatronics Summer Camp at the Volkswagen Academy.
Applications are now being accepted for the July 18-22 summer camp.
The camp is designed to give students a dynamic, hands-on introduction to the Automation and Car Mechatronics programs taught at the Volkswagen Academy.
Attendees get to choose which area they’d like to explore during the five-day camp.
They can choose AutoCAD, Explore a Passat, Robotics, 3D-Printing/CNC-Machining, Pneumatics or Intro to Lean Manufacturing.
Applications are open now and will be accepted until June 30, 2016.
Space is limited and candidates will be selected from the pool of applicants on a first-come-first-served basis.
