Tennessee Valley residents attend special service at Chattanooga National Cemetery
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Hundreds of Tennessee Valley residents are spending this Memorial Day, honoring those who lost their lives, while serving our country.
Despite the rainy weather, many came out for a special service today at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Boy Scouts and volunteers in Chattanooga are honoring fallen soldiers today in a Memorial Day ceremony.
These flags were placed at the Chattanooga National Cemetery this morning.
Many showed up to the ceremony.
According to a program support assistant with the cemetery, there will also be a torch light tour on Memorial Day.
That will start at 8:45 Monday night.
The walk tour will last about two hours.
