Watched the new Star Wars & now want to be an astronaut?

In A Galaxy Far, Far Away (WDEF) – Thousands of people swarmed theaters Thursday for the opening night of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

Maybe you were one of them?

Are you now thinking, "Hey, I could be an astronaut!"

Yes, that’s right!

NASA is really taking applications for astronauts!

But before you get too excited, you have to have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, biological science, physical science, computer science or mathematics.

Plus, three years of experience in your degree related profession, at least 1,000 hours of pilot-in-command time in jet aircraft, and pass the NASA long-duration astronaut physical. 

But hey if Howard Wolowitz from "The Big Bang Theory" can do it, so can you!
