The city council is issuing subpoenas.

District Attorney General Neal Pinkston is still mulling over whether he will meet with them.

And Police Chief Fletcher is blasting what he calls the D.A.’s attacks on his officers.

It is all part of the drama this week over the Violence Reduction Initiative in Chattanooga.
