Whitwell Coach Randall Bouldin Leaving For Job at High School Alma Mater

After leading Whitwell high school to their first ever state football title last December, head coach Randall Bouldin is leaving the Tigers to take the head coaching position at Waverly high school.

Bouldin was an assistant coach at Whitwell before getting the head job in 2017, where he compiled the most successful run in school history. The Tigers went 11-2 in 2017 before going a perfect 15-0 last season, claiming the 1A state title. Waverly is Bouldin’s high school alma mater. The Whitwell head coaching job has become a revolving door. When Bouldin got the Tigers head coaching position in 2017, he became the school’s 9th head coach in the last 14 seasons.
