Who Wants To Dump A Bucket Of Ice Water On Mayor Berke?
MEDIA ADVISORY: Mayor Berke to Participate in ALS Ice Bucket Challenge THIS MONDAY
After receiving multiple challenges, including from WGOW’s Brian Joyce and Assistant Police Chief Danna Vaughn, Mayor Berke will accept the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge this Monday, August 25, at 5:30 p.m. on the steps of City Hall.
WIN A CHANCE TO DUMP THE BUCKET! Not only will Mayor Berke accept the challenge publically, he wants to raise even more money for ALS research. Come by City Hall this Thursday (August 21), Friday (August 22), or Monday (August 25) and make a donation of at least $5 (cash or check – all goes straight to ALS.org). One person will be chosen at random to do the honors of dumping a bucket of ice on Mayor Berke on Monday, August 25, at 5:30 p.m.
All donations will go straight to ALS.org – and we’ll all get a good laugh for a good cause.
Please let me know if you have any questions and I hope to see you on Monday!
