Windsor Street Shooting
Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) Chattanooga police investigate the city’s latest shooting.
Police say it happened in the breeze-way of this apartment building in the 23-hundred block of Windsor street Wednesday afternoon.
The victim is an 18-year old man.
Authorities say his injuries appear to be non-life threatening.
