Wrestler explains how he dealt with woman who pulled a gun on him in the ring

RINGGOLD, Georgia (WDEF) AWF wrestling fans probably thought it was part of the show.

At Saturday night’s match in Ringgold a member of the audience decide to rescue one of the wrestlers.

Wrestler Paul Lee says a woman jumped into the ring with a knife to free the wrestler he had tied up.

But the report says the situation escalated when she went to get a loaded gun and threatened Lee and a match commissioner.

The Northwest Georgia News reports she told officers ‘he was talking mean to me, and I got mad. I guess I just let my temper get the best of me and I pulled my pistol on him.’
59 year old Patricia Anne Crowe was charged with aggravated assault and reckless conduct.

And now promoters are rethinking the security at their matches.
