19-year-old charged with first-degree murder following Highway 58 shooting

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A 19-year-old has been arrested in connection with a homicide that occurred in the 4600 block of Highway 58 on May 3, 2026, according to the Chattanooga Police Department (CPD).

Nicalos Moore has been charged with First-Degree Murder and two counts of Tampering with Evidence and is in custody at the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center, according to CPD.

This comes after the death of a 27-year-old individual.
