42-year-old arrested and charged after Fourth of July Shooting

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) -On Saturday, the Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) responded to a 911 call at the 800 block of North Germantown Road.

According to police, one person was arrested following a shooting on North Germantown Road on Independence Day.

Officers rendered medical aid to a 51-year-old victim, who was later transported to the hospital by Hamilton County EMS.

A suspect was identified as 42-year-old Curtis Pool, who was taken into custody and booked into the Hamilton County Jail.

He faces multiple charges including attempted homicide, domestic assault, and felony reckless endangerment.
