Hundreds of Shoppers Descend On Hamilton Place Mall

Summer Tarrant, Alabama Shopper,"I am here because the boots on sale yeah, I am trying to get good deals for Christmas for everybody and I like the adrenaline rush."

Shoppers descended on more than 100 stores looking for gifts for all the family.

Catherine Wells, Hamilton Place Mall,"We have got so many sales going on right now almost every single store has a great sale, a lot of them I have seen 50% off their entire store wide selection amazing deals."

Others felt the urge to get out after a long day eating turkey.

Robert Eaves, East Ridge Shopper,"The scenery the people, the atmosphere is awesome this time year."

Other’s were hoping for some very special deals.

Nancy Watkins, Ooltewah Shopper,"I hope I can get a diamond ring do you want to get me one?"

Teams of security and mall staff made sure parking spaces were available and shoppers were kept safe.

Other stores including Zales the diamond store had customers looking for special anniversary gifts and that ring for the big day.

Hamilton Place mall first opened its door almost 20 years ago and was the Volunteer State’s biggest mall during the late 80’s and early 90s.
