Local Entrepreneurship Launch Inaugural Catalyst Program
The Kitchen Incubator of Chattanooga launched its inaugural cohort Catalyst program on Friday, June 2nd.
Nine food related businesses have graduated from the program.
These businesses rolled out their products at todays’ Food Truck Friday.
The sixteen week course was designed to help entrepreneurs with their food business.
The youngest who graduated in the program was eight year old, Victoria Cotton, of Victoria’s Sweet Sensations.
Pat Rowe, Outreach and Member Support for Kitchen Incubator of Chattanooga, said, “It’s really big for entrepreneurship and so that’s what we do is make sure we’re there to bridge that gap support the entrepreneurs and give them the support they need it’s hard sometime for small business owners but we wanna create that culture that niche and give them that opportunity to change their dreams.”
Food Truck Friday is every 1st and 3rd Friday of each Month.
