Student health clinic to be held in DeKalb County

FORT PAYNE, Ala. (WDEF) – DeKalb County families who need to update their student’s shot records will have a chance tomorrow to do so.

The DeKalb County Health Department is hosting their Back to School Shot Clinic tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at their facility on Calvin Drive in Fort Payne.

Any student through 18 years old, who is on full Medicaid insurance, can come to receive free shots they need for school.

Uninsured shots will be five dollars each.

There is no appointment necessary, and it will be first come, first served.
