Chattanooga Police Investigate Shooting on Long Street

Chattanooga, Tenn. (WDEF) –Chattanooga Police are investigating a shooting on Long Street.  Chattanooga Police say officers responded to a robbery call in the 2700 block of Long Street early this morning.  It happened at 12:17. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 30-year-old man inside a residence who told officers he had been assaulted and shot by two women he did not know.  The injured man says the women also took his cell phone.  The man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  No arrest has been made in this case.
