Pixar is now giving away a free version of its RenderMan Software.
That’s the animation and rendering suite used to create scenes in Toy Story, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Finding Nemo.
The non-commercial version is full-featured for evaluation, education, research, and personal projects… As long as they don’t generate commercial profits.
Windows, Mac, & Linux versions are available.
