Fire causes $100K worth of damage in Waldens Ridge

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Thursday morning, Waldens Ridge Emergency Services was notified of a residential fire at 2501 Eagle Creek Way.

WRES responded to the scene and requested mutual aid from the Signal Mountain Fire Department.

Once at the scene, firefighters conducted an attack on the fire and was able to contain it before the Signal Mountain FD arrived.

There are not reported injuries at this time.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. The fire department has estimated about $100,000 worth of damage.
