Chattanooga men charged with fentanyl distribution in Georgia

MURRAY COUNTY, Ga. (WDEF) — Murray County authorities arrested two Chattanooga men on Monday for distributing fentanyl.

County narcotics investigators arrested 27-year-old David Pope and 30-year-old Jermichael Brooks.

Both men face several counts of distribution of fentanyl.

The sheriff’s office said the two were in possession of 767 fentanyl pills, 29 grams of fentanyl powder, more than $500 in cash and THC products.
