Man killed in Windsor Street shooting, police continue to investigate

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga Police said a man was shot and killed overnight on Windsor Street. They are now investigating the incident as a homicide.

CPD responded at around 8 p.m. to the 2300 block of Windsor Street.

There, they found a 27-year-old man with life-threatening injuries.

Hamilton County EMS took him to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.

CPD’s Homicide and Crime Scene Units are still investigating.
