Two charged in double shooting during Glenwood Robbery

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police have charged two people in a double murder that happened six weeks ago in Glenwood.

Two young men were shot on May first on Arlington Avenue.

On Tuesday, Police arrested 20 year old Jamarie Jones and 32 year old Darrisha Danforth for the murders.

Investigators say Jones was the shooter.

They say they have video of him putting on a mask as he walked with the victims into a breezeway of the apartments on Arlington.

Then it shows him firing in their direction.

They say he got away in a vehicle that was driven by Danforth.

He faces charges of First Degree Murder and weapons counts.

She was charged with Accessory After The Fact.
