CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — With the school year fast approaching, Hamilton County Schools is preparing their students with their annual ‘Back to School Bash.’

The event provides students and families with the proper resources they need to excel as they head back to the classroom.

Along with interactive learning activities and educational resources, the event also gives families connections to community partners.

Parents can learn about programs they are eligible for through EPB, including HCS EdConnect.

Students will also have access to health resources and even receive vaccines on site.

To top it all off, HCS will be providing free meals and snacks while supplies last.

They’re hoping for another great turnout this Saturday, August 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Tennessee Riverpark.

Parking directions are available on their website.
