Christian Ingram will be surprised with a special school send-off at Mayfield Elementary School before heading to Orlando with his family.

The event will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 16th, 2024.

This 8-year-old survived a Wilms’ Tumor, which is a rare form of kidney cancer found in children.

Described as brave, smart, funny, and caring, Christian loves “all things Disney,” along with Spiderman, Christmas, and playing with his siblings.

Make-A-Wish East Tennessee serves children with critical illnesses across our region.

Organizations volunteers will be in attendance to help surprise Christian during the send off.

Make-A-Wish East Tennessee grants wishes to children aged 2½ to 18 who face serious medical conditions, offering moments of joy and strength to help them through their treatment.
