Great American Cookies offering last minute Valentine’s Day gifts

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – It’s Valentine’s Day and Great American Cookie has some sweet options for last minute gifts.

For Great American Cookie, Valentine’s Day is seen as the “Super Bowl” for the business as many partners resort to cookies as last minute Valentine’s gifts. They’re used to the last minute shoppers since 1977 when they rolled out the original cookie cake.

While the business is expected to make about 110 cakes or more in store, couples can pick up pre-made cakes and not worry about rushing in a custom order.

This year, the cookie cakes are little extra special with having holiday M&Ms as an option. Customers can now order pink, red, and white M&Ms for their cookie cake to match the season of love.

While in the studio with General Manager Ashton Kowalewski, Amelia Greer and Chip Chapman got to hone in on their baking and decorating skills by icing a cookie cake together!
