Two arrested after joint human trafficking operation
COLLEGEDALE, Tenn. (WDEF) — Two suspects in Collegedale have been arrested as a result of a collaborative human trafficking operation.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and the Collegedale Police Department (CDPD) conducted a targeted human trafficking operation aimed at identifying and apprehending suspects engaged in the purchase of commercial sex acts with minors.
Two male suspects were arrested and booked into the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center March 13, 2025.
Alvaz Kaukab has been charged with:
- Solicitation of a Minor
- Felony Possession of a Hallucinogenic Drug
Justin Long has been charged with:
- Solicitation of a Minor (2 Counts)
- Patronizing Prostitution

According to CDPD, both agencies used advanced investigative techniques to locate and apprehend multiple suspects who sought to exploit minors.
